This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which [YourCompany] ("we", "us") offers refunds for our services. By engaging our services, you agree to this policy.
1. Strategy Call
The 30-minute strategy call is completely free. No payment is collected for the call, so no refund is applicable.
2. Service Fees — Performance-Backed Structure
Our engagements operate on a performance-backed model. Service fees paid to us are non-refundable once work for a billing month has begun, except in the specific scenarios described below.
3. Performance Guarantee
If we fail to deliver the lead target specified in your service agreement within the agreed timeframe, the following applies:
- Your service fee for subsequent months continues at the discounted trial rate (not the regular rate) until we deliver the target
- If the lead target remains unmet by the end of the agreed engagement period, the contract ends with no further obligations from either party
- This structure protects you from paying full price for results that haven't been delivered
4. When Refunds May Be Issued
Refunds may be considered in the following scenarios:
- Duplicate payment: If you accidentally pay twice for the same billing period, the duplicate amount is refunded within 7-10 business days.
- Service not started: If you cancel within 48 hours of signing the service agreement and we have not begun setup work, you are eligible for a refund of any payment made, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Material breach by us: If we are unable to begin or continue services due to circumstances entirely on our end (excluding force majeure), the unused portion of pre-paid fees will be refunded.
5. When Refunds Will NOT Be Issued
Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
- You change your mind after work has begun
- You fail to provide assets, approvals, or information needed for us to deliver work
- Your sales team's slow response time results in fewer conversions
- Meta suspends or restricts your ad account due to your own policy violations
- Project pricing or market conditions impact lead-to-sale conversion
- You disagree with our recommendations or strategic decisions after work has begun
- Lead targets are missed due to insufficient ad budget on your end
- You request termination before the contractual minimum period
6. Ad Spend on Meta
We do not handle your ad spend. All payments for Facebook and Instagram ads are made by you directly to Meta. We have no control over, or ability to refund, money you have paid to Meta. Refund of ad spend is governed solely by Meta's policies.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under one of the eligible scenarios:

- Include your name, project name, payment date, payment amount, and the reason for the refund request
- We will review and respond within 5-7 business days
- If approved, refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method
8. Disputes
If you disagree with our decision on a refund request, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution process outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The most current version always applies. Any active engagements continue under the policy in effect at the time of signing the service agreement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
